Can anyone help me? Were can I get the forms to file with
the courts in my county to get my gun rights back. I was
charged with grand theft in about 1991 and have been in no
trouble since. I have paid my debt and got my civil rights
back from the state of Virginia but was told that I had to
petition my county court for my gun rights back. I
contacted them and they said I needed to file the right
paper work but I can't afford a lawyer. Anyone know what
paper work and where I can get it? Thanks
