A case in point but off the track a little. small town n.j., it's a best kept secret. keeps it quant and small. no one knows where it is. the folks like it that way. i can't say as i blame them. i wish i knew where it is. it dosen't look like it belongs here. all of a sudden. unka sam thinks it's time for improvments. so! the town is being forced to widen there roads. to be brought up to date, and every thing is nice & legal. as far as unka sam thinks. what about what the town folk think, or n.j. as a state? they had no say so in this matter atall. is this extortion, or overbearing federal bullying? & how do you fight city hall & win? seems like the constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on any more. espeascialy in Wash..
