In Dec of 2004, I attempted to take my own life with my
hunting rifle. Good news, I'm still alive. Bad news, the
local police detective has charged me with felony wanton
endangerment. Today at the prelim he told the prosecutor he
would not dismiss it because he wanted me found guilty of a
felony so I could not own/purchase a firearm. IS THIS
NUTS!! Can somebody offer some advice here. Is the
constitutional? He flat out said he only charged me in an
attempt to deny me my rights under the 2nd Ammendment. Oh
yeah, This is WV any suggestions?
