Post: Juvenile DUI and Parental Responsibility

a 15 year old with no license blew .03 after hitting a stop
sign in a friend's vehicle. The 15 year old took the wheel
to help the friend who was more intoxicated. The twist?
Drinking took place at Mom's house of the 15 year old. The
15 year old has no record other than this colossal idiotic
moment. Any thoughts on the outcome? Thanks for any input.
