Hello,
My brother is currently serving a six months jail term in a
Detention Centre, for possession of fake cheque.He has no
close family members in the United State, as all is family
members lives in Europe.He is very depressed and want to
come to Europe ,though he is an American Citizen.What can I
do or what motion can I ask his lawyer to file to get is
jail term reduced?
