    Dear Has,

    It will be okay. You need to follow the recommendations of your
    Psychiatrist closely, continue to take your medications, avoid
    situations that make you launch yourself into hysteria, and, continue
    to come into the hospital for bi-weekly group therapy… One last
    thing, also avoid watching Nancy Grace on TV, she’s obviously got a
    firm emotional grasp of you and you can’t afford being brought into
    the Emergency Room again drooling, screaming, and thrashing about
    wildly… Good luck…
