well I appreciate all the help but things have been
partially cleared up. Aparently said Brother had a will
died and left an unsaid amout to brothers and sisters. His
lawyer has contacted brothers and sisters for their
addresses and phone numbers but an official word of
distribution if any has not been given. On top of that
brother had a lawsuit(companies were sued for exposure to
poisons which doctors verified as cause of death) with 12
companies 4 have settled. His lawyer is not disclosing any
information for this reason,(the case is still open)???.
How would this effect probate or any distribution.
