Apparently someone has spotted former presidential
candidate Dr. Rocky "Hurricane" Flash recently. This gives
credence to my belief that he is not deceased, but has
simply dropped out of sight for some reason known only to
him and/or his family and/or close associate or
associates. Did you say you have seen him? If so, where
