Don't worry about Curmudgeon, there is an a-hole in every group. I will say one thing - the Florida Bar has got to hate this guy for putting up that web site. Everyone knows that the Florida good moral character requirement is just a way to weed- out “problem” applicants who exhibit outspokenness. Florida can’t stand to have outspoken lawyers. As recent as last week, the sanctimonious Florida Supreme Court said that a law firm can’t use a pit bull, as a logo, on its web site. http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/decisions/2005/sc04-40.pdf.
