I am currently seeking a lawyer which can assist a group
of comedians in the New Orleans area form a non profit
group. We are currently trying to book a fund raising
show, but we need some legal advice asap. Unfortunanetly,
the work will have to be pro-bono(sp??). However, once the
corporation has some funds, we will be perfectly happy to
reimburse the attorney if that is legal under non profit
rules. If monetary reimbursement is not possible, then you
can book me free of charge for any kind of gig you might
have planned. Think of it as work on a non profit
contigency basis.
