My company has an contract with a construction company in
which we framed 3 buildings for them. They hold 10% of the
monies until the CO approval. Well at this point there are
people living in the condos and parking cars in the
garages that we framed. They will not release our
Retention monies. I am talking about $20,000.00. Help me I
need this money to pay our employees. We have dipped in to
our savings to keep things a float.
