I'm helping my client negotiate an agreement with another
company. I got an e-mail from their staff attorney, which
was copied to several other officers and managers. I
hit "Reply to all" inadvertently. Is this an ethics
issue? This isn't an adversarial proceeding, and I can't
find any advisory opinions on the issue. If it's their
staff attorney, are they even "represented" within the
meaning of the ethics rules?
