You can get several books on Excel on how to create the necessary forms/formulas that you need; it's really a lot easier than you think. Cell A1 has the start time in the hh:mm:ss AM/PM format Cell B1 has the end time in the same format as above Cell C1 has the formula =B1-A1 this give you the total hours You can then do summary calculations by the day/month for a client, etc. then print and send as an invoice, or create a custom invoice. Hope this helps.
