I'm in a practice w/ 1 other attny, for 9 years -- since
law school. The other guy is 5 yrs out from retiring. He is
now making me a partner. We have 3 areas of practice, I do
100% of 1 area, 90% of the 2nd area, & 40% of the 3rd area.
He has laxed off his daily work -- in retirement mode
already.

Need ideas on partnership deals. We don't want an 'eat what
you kill' situation. He not asking me to buy in. What's
fair -- considering the amount of work I do compared to
what he does, but also considering he's built the practice
up 16 years before I came on board?
