I started for a local law firm six years ago. That was also
the first year of my marriage. I am making an excellent
salary but I work at least twelve hours a day, if not more
(even though some work is done at home) and regularly on
Saturdays and often Sundays. My wife would like me home for
dinner more than once or twice a week. Our kids rarely see
me or spend time with me.
What can I do to still be in the field but work at the most
50 hours a week Monday through Fridays with weekends off. i
also was suppose to get 3 weeks paid vacation. That has not
ever happened. I need to make a change now or I will lose
my family.
