I have used him and have recommended him to numerous people
and everyone has been nothing short of thrilled with his
expertise, professionalism, ability to withstand the most
crueling cross examination.

I can tell you he has NEVER been excluded to testify in any
case in either state or federal court as far as i know.

He is highly sought after and lives up to his reputation.
