Post: interaction between attorney and psychologist

Hi,
This message is for practicing attorneys. Would like to
know what you perceive as the interaction between attorney
and psychologist or counselor. Specifically, what you
perceive is a psychologist's role in the legal system and
what are the rules regarding release of raw test data.
(this question is intended to further my understanding of
law and psychology. I am a psychology student and am
taking law and ethics course).
