Hi,

I was just wondering if I can get an educated response to
this question.

Someone that voluntarily plead guilty and is scheduled to
FEDERAL sentencing on Feb 1. If they are to serve prison
time, does that mean they are immediately taken into
custody, or are they given a few days to take care of last
minute business.
