Post: Florida Bar specifications

I was served specifications by the Florida Bar that just
object to outspokeness about the courts failure to uphold
civil liberties after 9-11. I have seen past posts
regarding this particular state's intent to crush any type
of criticism of the profession, not matter how reasonable
or respectful. What kind of success have people had in
fighting this type of free speech issue with the Bar?
