Post: Opposing counsel wants subpoenaed 3rd party docs

Posted by Cortne on 7/18/08

I have never had to deal with a subpoena for document. Is
opposing counsel allowed to request documents produced by a
third party court subpoena? I think they should be but how
to they go about getting them? It there a way not to have
    to produce? Just general questions.

    Thank you for the help.
    Cortne
