my girlfriend has had her son for about 8 weeks this summer.
his dad has custody. she has sneakingly went to the
courthouse and got an order of protection for her and the
kids. the dad lives in indiana and we live in illinois. does
she have any legal standpoint or has she crossed a thin line
to where she could get in trouble??!!! she signed a paper
giving him custody. where does she stand on this??
