The "science" that toxic mold cases was relying on has been
discredited and in general, there is no longer a viable
casuse of action based on "toxic" mold exposure.
Its a bunch of BS in terms of the law of evidence.
Move, and sue for constructive eviction.
Own your problems and quit being a victim...
