I am a small business owner, I received an eviction notice
from my landlord. The reason for it is that the rent check
got sent back due to bank screw up. I do not have a lease
even though; I had requested a lease verbally for the past
two years. It is impossible for me to relocate my
business in 30 days especially around the holidays. Does
anyone have any legal advice? I really appreciate any
thoughts on this.
