Post: Depersonalizing arguing
Posted by Jon W. on 4/02/09
My wife is a new prosecutor (about 1 yr). She is having trouble depersonalizing the constant arguing and confrontation she is involved with throughout the day. After a particularly heated exchange she feels anxious and often mad. Unfortunately she often brings those feelings home with her. Are there any books out there that deal with this kind of thing or does it simply take time to be able to depersonalize the arguing?
