Post: Court Reporting/Attorney Issue

Posted by S. Rice on 11/04/09

Family Law Case in Florida, one attorney says for the
court reporter to seal the transcript and the other
attorney does not agree to sealing transcript. This
transcript is not something that we normally would seal,
i.e., minor child, confidential transcript or federal
transcript. Does the attorney have the right to tell the
reporter to seal the transcript. We've been researching
the Florida Rules of Procedure and have not been able to
find the proper Rule. Can anyone point us in the right
    direction?
