Post: How are forms websites avoiding UPL in Texas?

Just curious about something. California and Arizona have given the okay for legal document assistants, but TX still says that non-attorneys can't assist with drafting documents. If that's true, how are websites like LegalZoom and CompleteCase able to provide document completion services for Texas residents? Isn't that UPL?
