I have never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor in
any state or any country for that matter. However, I do have
many traffic violations including a recent Driving Under the
Influence violation just two years ago. My pistol license
was revoked because of it. I am applying for an inspectors
job with the fire department. Does the NYC Police Department
have reasonable grounds to deny me a Special Patrolman's
certificate?
