My son was hit By a SUV while walking home from school. I
wanted to know what i can do when the auto insurance
company wont pay for medical bills .. the witness says that
my son wasnt paying attention and the insurance is stating
that the driver was not at fault my son was hurt and
careflighted to cooks childrens hospital and had sever
damage to his teeth and face he will never be able to bit
down on front teeth again. do i have a case? should i
continue to fight with this insurance company?
what can i do???
