A friend bought a horse trailer title was signed by
previouse owner has bill of sale and insurance on it, it
got stolen now the insurance company will not pay on it
because the title never got put in his name can they do
this even though he has proof of ownership and insurance on
it. or is he out the 67000.00 spent on it.
