can a contract be modified by e-mail' I am a realtor and I
have a commission agreement with someone. I e-mailed my
client letter to reduce the commission due to reasons given
by the seller. Shortly after I found out they weren't true.
I would like to keep the origonial signed commission
agreement in effect. How much weight does the e-mail have
in this agreement.
