I was incarcerated 169 days and the case was dismissed
without prejudice.I was denied bail,was not allowed my
right to a speedy trial;Judge struck my motion and my
Public Defender stated in a letter it was 'His'decision not
mine.(I have a copy of letter stating that) Then I was
denied my right to a jury trial.Case was dimissed on Bench
Trial date.This was a misdemeanor charge that carried 180
days maximum.This was a gross abuse of power trying to
force me to plead guilty.
