My landlord served me with a unclear notice to vacate. It
said pay or vacate in 3 days and the gave a 30 day notice,
saying I need to be out by the 24th. He is also sueing me
for back rent. I didnt go to the court date because I know
I owe that money. Now there is a sheriff coming to my house
saying i need to be out in 24 hours. I thought I had till
the 24th! I have a eviction notcie saying be out on or
before 3/24/2012.
