I've been denied for appointment stating arrest records.
Arrested in 1981 and 1991 240.20 Dis Cons. Was a special
patrolman in 1986 and a peace officer licensed by the state
gaming commission this year. Yet , I was denied. I have no
other arrest , no dwi's no nothing. Is this proper procedure?
