Franceschi not only has EXTREME violent conduct using foul
and inflammatory language to cuss his clients, took
advantage of senior/vulnerable clients, he also illegally
perjured and cashed a two-parties settlement check with no
power of attorney and stole the entire settlement fund
under embezzlement with unclean hands. He is dangerous and
toxic to society and should belong in jail.
