Post: gay issues

My former husband and I have parted ways,but not before he
prepared my bk packet. We have three vehicles together
and my question is how do I safely get rid of these, and
If I surrender the vehicles, does he have recourse since
his name is on the titles or can I simply surrender with
out his knowledge or permission. I'm principle owner on
all. Thanks
