Ky case- my debtor claims homestead of 40K under 11 usc
522d1. they are recently married and deed solely in wife
name, prior to marriage . trustee objects to exemption of
Husband as he is not on deed. Anyone know of case law
that supports clear reading of statute, that if he lives
there reagrdless of whether on deed he is entitled to
claim exemption
