Re: BarBri or Rigos Bar Review

Hi Melissa,
You may not remember me, but i think we met through the Hispanic SEAFAIR
Organization. I heard you were asking for advice on 2/3/2006 about which
prep program to take for studying for the WSBA Exam.
I chose the Rigos Prep Program, because they have a 2nd chance option,
where if you fail the first time, you can take their course again for
free. This is probably not unique to Rigos. But I felt i had little
chance of passing the bar on the first try, so I took Rigos (for winter
bar 2005). But they have a rigorous program, and it's heavily centered on
memorizing how to answer a bar question based once you determine what
subject the question covers. And there's more to it than that, of course.
I passed, thankfully. And i cannot imagine passing the bar without Rigos,
and I'm not sure if barbri would have been right for me.
Here's how I see it, to put it delicately - the more human you are, the
more you need Rigos.
Sorry to fill up your in box. Take care and good luck.
