Re: BarBri or MicroMash Bar Review
Posted by Jenn on 3/06/07

    Here's a question:

I took the summer BarBri live lecture course in the summer of 2003, after
graduation. I didn't pass the bar the first time and I take total
responsibility. I never EVER did the take-home essay assignments. I never
went home and studied on my own. Basically, I started studying for the exam
two weeks before taking it. I missed it by about 3 points.

Second time, I studied on my own - I had my notes from the first course and
the books and I spent a month studying this time around. There was a whole
lot of memorizing going on, but most importantly, I took the time off from
    work to study. I passed.

Now, I'm thinking of taking another state's bar exam. I know HOW to study.
I know how LONG to study. I just need to know WHAT to study. I don't want
to take BarBri again because, in the end, what let me succeed was my own will
to sit down and actually do the work. BarBri was great for the material.

So here is my question - seeing as I already know how to study and how to
take the bar, should I just do Micromash so that I have the actual material I
    need to know?
