    Post: corporate environmental laws

    Hello,

I would like to know what happens to industrial businesses
in places like Newark, NJ, when they want to sell/retire and
all the government agencies (OSHA,EPA,etc) say that you
must clean up the last 75+ years of soil problems.

Currently, we are compliant, and we pass all the environmental
tests, inside & outside the plant.

My question is what about "grandfathering" the law, so we don't
get stuck paying millions of dollars from past owners, or
    bankruptsy....Thanks
