I live in Texas. I believe that my employers are
anti-Semitic. I was hired at a Home Depot and everything was
going fine. Then, the Home Depot opened a new store and I
transferred to the new store. After working for several
months I was demoted and the company won't let me move up
the chain of command (even though I've worked at the Home
Depot for 3 years). They even told me that I was the lowest
man on the totem pole. They pay me less than any other
employee and I've been there longer than the other employees
and they give me little to no raises. While the other
employees get .25 cents to $1.00 raises.

What should I do?
