I'm in the process of writing a book detailing my
encounters with the legal system (family courts). I only
related my own personal experiences and would love to name
names to expose the crooks for what they are (this is
inclusive of my ex-spouse, lawyers, judges, cops and all
other players). If I disclose their true identity, would
I be liable for defamation/libel? What kind of
protection, if any, am I afforded?
