Hello All,
2 years ago my now ex-wife was a dependent on my insurance
plan at work. She received treatment for a knee injury,
but didn't pay the balance of the bill after the insurance
paid. Who is responsible for that balance-me as the
policy holder, or her, as the patient? A collection
agency is pursuing me for the bill.
