Post: Contract Violation?

A company called NCSoft is currently supporting an online
game called Lineage 2, which was released approximately 1
week ago. They charge a $15 a month subscription fee to
players who wish to maintain an active account.
My question is, in their EULA (End User Liscence
Agreement) it states that selling virtual property within
the game is strictly prohibited (i.e. eBay). However,
there are numerous cases of this being carried out without
reprecussion. Apart from this, these people are also
using 'macro' or 'bot' programming (which is also in
violation of the EULA) to carry this out. As a paying
customer, is NCSoft liable to enforce the EULA, in which
every person must 'sign' or 'accept' before activating
their account?
If they are not legally bound to enforce their standards,
are we as customers legally bound to abide by them? And if
they are liable to enforce their own contract, what
actions could be/should be taken to put some fire under
their proverbial "butts?" :D
Here is a link to their EULA, please let me know what you
think: http://www.plaync.com/help/eula_lineage2.html
