I ordered a roof installed with 30 lb felt and a quality
name brand shingle with hip over ridge. I got 15 lb felt,
a different brand shingle no hip over ridge. I was not
informed of the change prior to install. The quality I
believe is equal but I was not informed. They came back
and did hip over ridge after complaint of the felt,
shingle and cap. They offered a discount didn't say how
much but now he will not respond to such and wants me to
send balance on roof. My receipt says One brand and the
roof shingle is another so my warranty does not even
apply. What do I do???
