I belong to a sports organization in Texas. One of the fund
raisers requires a male member dress in womens clothes and
compete for first place like a beauty pagent. If any team
does not compete, they are denied organizational monetary
support for the national series should that team win the
right to go.

Because some people may find this event offensive, yet it is
basically required, can this event perhaps be considered
sexual harrasment?
