My grandparents purchased a vehicle for me and my
girlfriend with no agreement for payment (it was a
gift).The title of ownership is in my girlfriends name with
my grandfather as the lienholder. I purposely had him put
himself as the lienholder when he bought us the car so that
if anything went wrong in our relationship she couldnt take
the car from me.I currently have possesion of said vehicle
but she keeps calling me wanting to get it back.What are
his legal rights concerning this matter? Can he sell the
car? What are her legal rights?
