I have just shut down one of five restaurants. I am on the
verge of bankrupcy. The attourney for the bank first had
a long conversation with me about bancrupcy. Now he
represents the bank. It seems he has represented the bank
in the past. The bank is aware of my concern and is still
using him. I beleive he has use the knowledge from our
conversation to influence his and the banks decisions to
at least some degree, maybe to a largre degree, My
attourney was very concerned and excited at first, but now
we are concidering giivng up our rights to any liability
for a short term fix to my long term problem.
