We are on the eve of closing on our house. the second mtg.
is STALLING!! They will not give a simple answer of yes or
no. If the sale of this house does not go thru, foreclosure
in right behind and just a total mess. HELP!! Do we have a
legal right to sue the 2nd for playing this game with us?
