So-called C.L.E. is nothing but a bar association scam to
make money for the ones who run the bar association. The
bar association cares little about the welfare of a
lawyer, but is just a large bureaucracy run by a bunch of
non-lawyers. And this C.L.E. is just a money-making scam.
