i sold my 25 year old nephew my 1996 truck thousands below
fair market value, at zero percent interest. i am keeping
the truck in my name and under my insurance until he paid
me off.

sold the truck for 5k, he gave me 2k down in the summer of
2003. he has only given me 600 dollars since then.

i don't think he is ever going to pay me. i want the
truck back and will give he all of his 2,600 back. ( i am
a nice guy). i can still sell the truck for about 7k. i
just want the truck back and will sell it to a non
relative this time. no written contract...i'm a stupid
nice guy! what steps should i take to get the truck back?
